As a NutritionPractitioner, I am always helping my clients to enjoy what they love. Sometimes my clients are not able to have dairy due to many different reasons. As a mom, my heart goes out to my young clients when all of a sudden they are told they can't have chocolate milk as they have to be off dairy.
This recipe is sure to bring back smile to their faces 🙂
1 Ripened Banana
2 medjool dates (pitted)
2 tbsp Almond Butter
1 tbsp sunflower seed butter
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
1/2 tsp pure vanilla
pinch sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 cup Coconut water or filtered water
Blend all the ingredients in a powerful blender and pour in your favourite jar and sip away
Allergic to nuts? Use seeds butter or Soy milk
Add vegetables: Perfect vegetable for this smoothie which will add creamy texture is zucchini or cucumber for more hydration.
