December Workshop: ​Italian

 

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be complicated! I have been busy working with the amazing Fernanda Minadeo for the upcoming Italian Metabolic Balance Workshop.

 

I am so excited to each and every recipe is so delicious.

All donations from this amazing event will go to Support Autism Ontario - we raised over $700 for this amazing organization! With the pandemic this year, they needed our support more than ever. They work to help countless families. We are proud and honoured to be supporting such a worthy cause.

All the recipes are made with whole foods in mind as well as we will provide tweaks to make them Metabolic Balance approved as well.
