The Journey To Wellness Program

 

Our Journey to Wellness Program is built on providing you with a great start in your wellness journey. 

  • Diet assessment of your current food habits and proposed changes with clean eating guidelines to follow for 21 days followed by:

    • Meal recommendations and 5-day meal plan inclusive of recipes and handouts.

    • Therapeutic and maintenance supplemental protocol

    • An unlimited email and telephone support

 

Further follow-ups for the next steps if needed can be scheduled if necessary.

Consultations include current diet assessment, nutrient profile, and clean meal recommendations. All my reports include client information packages, handouts. 

I can also offer 5-day meal plans with recipe addressing specific health conditions, diet preferences, etc.
