Happy World health Day Today and Every Day!



What does holistic health look like?

As a holistic nutritionist, I understand the importance of aging healthily and with a healthy weight.

I focus on educating people about well-being in these 3 areas of life: ✅ Physical health: your nutrition, movement, and rest - which includes rest periods between meals, sleep, activating that parasympathetic nervous system. ✅ Mental Health: Our ability to think positive emotions, joy, calmness, and sense, works wonders ✅ Social Well-Being: all of the above contributes to healthy social relationships and connections. Cultivate family ties and friendships. What are some of the Metabolic Balance Rules that will focus on healthy aging and healthy weight?

1. Eat exactly 3 meals per day of foods from your list

2. Have a minimum of 5 hour break between meals

3. Meals to last no longer than 60 minutes

4. Begin each meal with a bite of protein 5. Only include one protein type at each meal

6. Do not eat past 9pm 7. Drink your water allowance 8. Eat an apple every day


Your Healthy Plate includes eating 3 balanced meals that include local seasonal foods, adding herbs and spices (they have amazing volatile and medicinal components), complex carbohydrates in the form of vegetables, whole grains and fruit, drinking pure filtered water, consuming high quality animal products (and not every day) is extremely important! Fish should be eaten where there is a body of water: at the sea or lakes of the country. Including healthy fats is also an important place on a healthy plate.
