1 small head of cauliflower
3 tbsp nutritional yeast or parmesan cheese
1 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp ground chia seeds soaked in 3 tbsp. water for 20 minutes (optional)
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp Italian seasoning or to taste
Wash and break the cauliflower into florets
Grate or grind the cauliflower in a dry grinder and lightly steam for 3-5 minutes, cool
Heat the oven to 450°F
Using cheesecloth or a nut bag to squeeze out the excess liquid from the cauliflower
Discard the liquid
Combing the cauliflower with all the other ingredients and mix well
Using a spatula or your hands, spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a round or a rectangle shape
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, till evenly and lightly browned
Top it with your favourite toppings and bake further for 5-10 minutes
Heirloom cherry seeds removed and chopped, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, sea salt and pepper.
Pesto, olives, chopped spinach, goat cheese, sea salt.
Zucchini, Pineapple, red peppers, cooked chicken, oregano.
Pickled artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, roasted garlic, soft sprouted tofu crumbles.
