Cauliflower Pizza


  • 1 small head of cauliflower

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast or parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 tbsp ground chia seeds soaked in 3 tbsp. water for 20 minutes (optional)

  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning or to taste


  • Wash and break the cauliflower into florets

  • Grate or grind the cauliflower in a dry grinder and lightly steam for 3-5 minutes, cool

  • Heat the oven to 450°F

  • Using cheesecloth or a nut bag to squeeze out the excess liquid from the cauliflower

  • Discard the liquid

  • Combing the cauliflower with all the other ingredients and mix well

  • Using a spatula or your hands, spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a round or a rectangle shape

  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, till evenly and lightly browned

  • Top it with your favourite toppings and bake further for 5-10 minutes

Toppings suggestions

  • Heirloom cherry seeds removed and chopped, buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, sea salt and pepper.

  • Pesto, olives, chopped spinach, goat cheese, sea salt.

  • Zucchini, Pineapple, red peppers, cooked chicken, oregano.

  • Pickled artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, roasted garlic, soft sprouted tofu crumbles.
