Overnight Oats

This delicious, healthy, and filling breakfast will set you up for success for the day. Quick and easy to prepare the night before so you can grab and go in the morning. No more rushing out the door without breakfast.




Ingredients:

  • Rolled Oats

  • Milk (use oat, nut, or other dairy free milk alternative to make this vegan friendly or dairy free)

  • A pinch of salt

  • Vanilla

  • 1 tbsp flax oil (optional)

  • Your choice of toppings

Method:

  1. Soak the oats in the milk.

  2. Add the salt, vanilla, and flax oil.

  3. Leave in the fridge overnight.

  4. Serve and top with your choice of fruit, seeds, nuts, etc.



Sujata's Favourite:


I love apple with spices, especially in the fall and winter. Not only is it yummy 😋 it's extra filling and keeps me going until lunchtime.
