Yogurt Bowl

Simple. Easy. Delicious.



Ingredients:

  • Goat Yogurt

  • Your choice of seeds (hemp hearts, chia seeds, etc.)

  • Your choice of fruit (blueberries, pomegranates, oranges, etc.)

  • Ground flax

  • Flax oil

You can substitute Goat Yogurt for your favourite vegan or vegetarian alternative such as coconut yogurt, oat yogurt, or soy yogurt.


Method:

  1. Put the desired amount of yogurt in a bowl.

  2. Add the seeds and fruit.

  3. Top with ground flax and drizzle with flax oil.
