Suja's Favourite Chocolate Shake

My favourite chocolate shake in my favourite jars.

When it’s raw Cacao products — such as unsweetened cocoa powder, nibs and dark chocolate — are rich sources of minerals.

My choice for the shakes as raw cacao products contain little or no added sugar and are higher in antioxidants than more highly processed chocolate


  • Bananas

  • Organic soy milk

  • Vanilla extract

  • Dates

  • Yellow squash

  • Cultured coconut

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Medjul dates or 💯 maple syrup (optional if the bananas are really ripe)

  • Handful of rolled oats

  • Raw cacao!
