Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • 1/2 cup grass-fed butter

  • 1 tbsp oats milk

  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar+1/4 cup of organic cane sugar or raw honey

  • 2 egg

  • 2 tsp vanilla

  • 1 1/4 cup oats flour, 1/3 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup mix of dark chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, scores

  • Sea salt for sprinkle


  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F

  2. Mix all the flours and baking soda.

  3. Cream the ghee and sugar with the handheld blender, add the egg and vanilla and stir.

  4. Add the flours slowly, fold it in evenly, add the chocolates chips and scores. Let it chill for 30 minutes.

  5. Line the parchment baking tray. Drop a heaping spoonful on the baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 -13 minutes. Every oven is different. Time may vary.

  6. Remove the tray and cool the cookies.

  7. Store in an airtight container.
